WARNING OUR TWITTER ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HACKED

Posted by geeksyndicate on November 5, 2009

I just checked my twitter and saw a few messages from people asking about the link we sent them. I thought that’s weird as I’d only just woken up. I checked and it seems that some lovely git has hacked out accout and has sent a spam message to everyone who is following us.

If you’ve got a message with ‘haha my friend showed me this‘,‘haha my friend showed me this’ or ‘you’re on this vid‘ with a link to something called videos-twitter then ignore and delete.

I’ve change the password so we’ll see if that works. In the meantime apologies all and at least for the next day or so I’ll make sure you know it was me or dave posting.

Also a message saying, “Check out this funny pic!” That was the DM I got from you. :)
